The TD7104F is designed as one kind of ECL prescaler for digital synthesized tuner device that can be used in FM / TV band receiving applications.

Features of the TD7104F are:(1)maximum operating frequency 1 GHz (at 1/8 dividing mode);(2)dividing ratio of 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 are provided;(3)independent TV and FM inputs are provided in FM mode, this IC can function as a buffer amplifier (1 / 1 dividing);(4)the built-in input amplifier contributes to realizing high input voltage sensitivity;(5)built-in stand-by circuit.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TD7104F can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage: 6.5 V;(2)input voltage: -0.3 to Vcc+0.3 V;(3)power dissipation: 450 mW;(4)operating temperature: -30 to +75 ;(5)storage temperature: -55 to +150 .
