TD7101

The TD7101 is designed as one kind of ECL prescaler for digital synthesized tuner device that is developed for low operating voltage digital synthesized tuner, and can operate up to 150 MHz.

Features of the TD7101 are:(1)operating frequency range is 1.5 MHz to 35 MHz / 50 MHz to 150 MHz;(2)2 modules prescaler: N= 4 x 15/16 and N= 15/16;(3)input voltage sensitivity is VIN(FM) = 35 mVrms, VIN(SW) = 40 mVrms;(4)3V low operating supply voltage;(5)the package is SOP-8 pins.
