TD62M4600F

The TD62M4600F is multi chip IC incorporates 4 low saturation discrete transistor which equipped fly-wheeling diodes and bias resistor. The feature of TD62M4600F are as follows: (1)suitable for motor drive circuit and LED display module; (2)bias resistor and diodes are equipped: R = 10k; (3)low saturation voltage: VCE=0.16V at IC=1A; (4)SSOP16 1mm pitch small package sealed.
