TD62650F

The TD62650F is designed as one kind of 6ch threshold free driver which is comprised of six NPN transistor output stages and comparator input stages. This device is pin compatible with CMOS 4049B and 4050B type except Vref terminal. And this device can be used in relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers applications.

Features of the TD62650F are:(1)accurate output: 5 V +/- 0.25 V;(2)output PNP Tr incorportated: current capacity; 300 mA (max);(3)power-on reset timer incorportated;(4)watchdog timer incorporated;(5)small flat package sealing: MFP30 pin (1 mm pitch).
