TD62601P

The TD62601P is designed as one kind of 6ch threshold free driver which is comprised of six NPN transistor output stages and comparator input stages. This device is pin compatible with CMOS 4049B and 4050B type except Vref terminal. And this device can be used in relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers applications.

Features of the TD62601P are:(1)wide supply voltage range Vcc = 4 to 18 V;(2)Vref = 1/2 Vcc @ 16 pin is non-connected;(3)pin compatible with CMOS logic 4049B, 4050B type;(4)package type-P: DIP-16 pin;(5)package type-F: SOP-16 pin.
