TD62503FB has six features. (1)Package type is SOP 16 pin. (2)Output current (single output) 200mA/ch max. (3)High sustaining voltage output 35V min. (4)Inputs compatible with various types of logic. (5)Input resistance is 2.7kohms TTL, 5V CMOS. (6)Low saturation voltage Vce(sat)=0.8V at Iout=150mA. Those are all the main features.
