TD62502F

The TD62502F is designed as one kind of high voltage, high current single driver that is comprised of five NPN transistor arrays. For proper operation, the substrate (SUB) must be connected to the most negative voltage. And this device can be used in relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
