TD62476P

The TD62476P is designed as one kind of 2 ch peripheral AND / NAND / OR / NOR drivers that is comprised of two NPN single output stages and control inputs which can gate the outputs. All units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. This device can be used in relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
