TD62318BF

The TD62318BF is designed as one kind of high-voltage, high-current 4ch darlington sink driver which is comprised of six NPN low saturation drivers. This device is specifically designed for multiplexed digit driving of six digits common cathode LED displays and is intended for use with TTL and 5 V CMOS.
