TD62308

The TD62308 is designed as one kind of high-voltage, high-current 4ch darlington sink driver which is comprised of six NPN low saturation drivers. This device is specifically designed for multiplexed digit driving of six digits common cathode LED displays and is intended for use with TTL and 5 V CMOS.

Features of the TD62308 are:(1)output current (single output): 1.5 A (max.);(2)high sustaining voltage output is 35 V or 50 V;(3)input compatible with TTL and 5 V CMOS;(4)low level active inputs;(5)package type-P: DIP-16 pin;(6)package type-F: SOP-16 pin;(7)standard supply voltage;(8)two Vcc terminals Vcc1 and Vcc2 (separeted);(9)GND and SUB termina = heat sink.
