The TD62307F is designed as low saturation sink driver which comprised of seven NPN low saturation drivers. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads and protective diodes against a negative input voltage. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and LED driver.
TD62307F has five features. (1)Package type is SOP 16 pin. (2)Output rating (single output) 20V/ 150mA max. (3)Low saturation voltage Vce(sat)=0.6V at Iout=120mA.
