TD62306

The TD62306 is designed as one kind of high-voltage, high-current 6ch darlington sink driver which is comprised of six NPN low saturation drivers. This device is specifically designed for multiplexed digit driving of six digits common cathode LED displays and is intended for use with TTL and 5 V CMOS.

Features of the TD62306 are:(1)low saturation output: VCE(sat) = 0.6 V (max.) @ Oout = 120 mA;(2)output rating (single output) 20 V (min.) / 150 mA (max.);(3)input protective diodes against a negative input voltage;(4)inputs compatible with 5 to 15 V PMOS, CMOS;(5)package type-P: DIP-14 pin;(6)package type-F: SOP-14 pin.
