TD62303

The TD62303 is designed as one kind of high-voltage, high-current 6ch darlington sink driver which is comprised of six NPN low saturation drivers. This device is specifically designed for multiplexed digit driving of six digits common cathode LED displays and is intended for use with TTL and 5 V CMOS.

Features of the TD62303 are:(1)low saturation output: VCE(sat) = 0.8 V (max.);(2)output rating (single output) 17 V (min.) / 500 mA (max.);(3)suitable for digit-driver of 6 digit common cathode LED display;(4)inputs compatible with TTL and 5 V CMOS;(5)package type-P: DIP-16 pin;(6)package type-F: SOP-16 pin.
