The TD62301P is designed as low saturation sink driver which comprised of seven NPN low saturation drivers. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and LED driver in low voltage system.

TD62301P has seven features. (1)Package type is DIP 16 pin. (2)Output rating (single output) 15V/ 200mA max. (3)Low saturation voltage Vce(sat)=0.7V max. (4)Inputs compatible with TTL and 3 to 6V CMOS. (5)High DC transfer ratio which would be min 1000. (6)Output clamp diodes. (7)Input register would be R1=2kohms and R2=20kohms. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings TD62301P have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be from -0.5V to 15V. (2)Its output sustaining voltage would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. (3)Its output current would be 200mA/ch. (4)Its input voltage would be from -0.5V to 15V. (5)Its input current would be 15mA. (6)Its clamp diode reverse voltage would be 15V. (7)Its clamp diode forward current would be 200mA. (8)Its power dissipation would be 1W. (9)Its operating temperature range would be from -30°C to 75°C. (10)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C.
