The TD62301P is designed as low saturation sink driver which comprised of seven NPN low saturation drivers. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and LED driver in low voltage system.
TD62301P has seven features. (1)Package type is DIP 16 pin. (2)Output rating (single output) 15V/ 200mA max. (3)Low saturation voltage Vce(sat)=0.7V max.
