The TD62083AFN is designed as high voltage and high current darlington driver comprised of eight NPN darlington pairs. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.

TD62083AFN has five features. (1)Package type is SSOP18 pin. (2)High sustaining voltage output would be min 50V. (3)Output current single output would be max 500mA/ch. (4)Output clamp diodes. (5)Inputs compatible with various types of logic. Those are all the main features.
