The TD62008AFWG is a high-voltage, high-current darlington driver comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs.
All units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads and protective diodes against a negative input voltage.
The TD62008AFWG is suitable for interfaces from plus and minus dual supply voltage systems to plus single supply voltage systems.
