The TD62007P is designed as a high voltage and high current darlington driver comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads and protective diodes against a negative input voltage.

TD62007P has seven features. (1)Output current (single output) would be max 150mA. (2)High sustaining voltage output 22V min. (3)Output clamp diodes. (4)Protective diodes against a negative input voltage. (5)Inputs base resistor Rin=20kohms. (6)Inputs compatible with 9 to 15V PMOS, CMOS. (7)Package type is DIP-16 pin. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings TD62007P have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its output sustaining voltage would be from -0.5V to 22V. (2)Its output current would be 150mA/ch. (3)Its input voltage would be from -37V to 22V. (4)Its clamp diode reverse voltage would be 22V. (5)Its clamp diode r=forward current would be 150mA. (6)Its power dissipation would be 1.0W. (7)Its operating temperature range would be from -30°C to 75°C. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C.
