TD62003FB

The TD62003FB is designed as one kind of high voltage, high current darlington driver that is comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs. These units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. And this device can be used in relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
