TCD2901D

The TCD2901D is designed as a high sensitive and low dark current 10550 elements x3 line CCD image sensor which includes CCD drive circuit and clamp circuit for scanner.

TCD2901D has nine features. (1)Number of image sensing elements is 10550 elements x3 line. (2)Image sensing elements size is 4um by 4um on 4um centers. (3)Photo sensing region is high sensitive and low dark current pn photodiode. (4)Clock is 2 phase (5). (5)Package is 22 pin CERDIP. (6)Distance between photodiode array is 48um (12 lines). (7)Power supply is 12V power supply voltage. (8)Internal circuit is clamp circuit. (9)Color filter is red, green, blue. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TCD2901D have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its clock pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (2)Its shift pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (3)Its reset pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (4)Its clamp pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (5)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 60°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -25°C to 85°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of TCD2901D are concluded as follow. (1)sensitivity red would be min 1.7V and typ 2.5V and max 3.3V. (2)Its sensitivity green would be min 1.6V and typ 2.4V and max 3.2V. (3)Its sensitivity would be min 0.9V and typ 1.4V and max 1.9V. (4)Its photo response non uniformity would be typ 15% and max 20%. (5)Its register impedance would be typ 1%. (6)Its saturation output voltage would be min 2.9V and typ 3.5V. (7)Its saturation exposure would be min 0.91lxs and typ 1.46lxs. (8)Its dark signal voltage would be typ 0.5mV and max 2.0mV. And so on.
