TCD2700C

The TCD2700C is designed as a high sensitive and low dark current 7500 elements x3 lines CCD image sensor for color scanner.

TCD2700C has eight features. (1)Number of image sensing elements 7500 elements x3 lines. (2)Image sensing element size 8um by 8um on 8um centers. (3)Photo sensing region is high sensitive pn photodiode. (4)Clock is 2 phase (5V). (5)Package is 24 pin DIP. (6)Distance between photodiode array is 64um (8 lines). (7)Internal circuit is sample and hold circuit, clamp circuit. (8)Color filter is red, green and blue. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TCD2700C have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its colck pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (2)Its shift pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (3)Its reset pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (4)Its clamp pulse voltage would be from -0.3v to 8V. (5)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 60°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -25°C to 85°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of TCD2700C are concluded as follow. (1)Its sensitivity red would be min 3.7V and typ 5.3V and max 6.9V. (2)Its sensitivity green would be min 5.3V and typ 7.7V and max 10.1V. (3)Its sensitivity blue would be min 2.0V and typ 2.9V and max 3.8V. (4)Its photo response non uniformity would be typ 10% and max 20%. (5)Its saturation output voltage would be min 1.5V and typ 2.0V. (6)Its saturation exposure would be min 0.15lxs and typ 0.26lxs. (7)Its dark signal voltage would be typ 2.5mV and max 5mV. (8)Its dark signal non uniformity would be typ 8.0mV and max 12mV. (9)Its DC power dissipation would be typ 800mW and max 1200mW. (10)Its total transfer efficiency would be min 92%. (11)Its output impedance would be typ 0.2kohms and max 0.5kohms. And so on.
