TCD2555D

The TCD2555D is designed as a high sensitive and low dark current 5348 elements x3 line CCD image sensor which includes CCD drive circuit and clamp circuit for scanner.

TCD2555D has nine features. (1)Number of image sensing elements is 5348 elements x3 line. (2)Image sensing elements size is 8um by 8um on 8um centers. (3)Photo sensing region is high sensitive and low dark current pn photodiode. (4)Clock is 2 phase (5V). (5)Package is 24 pin CERDIP. (6)Distance between photodiode array is 32um (4 lines). (7)Power supply is 12V power supply voltage. (8)Internal circuit is clamp circuit, sample and hold voltage. (9)Color filter is red, green, blue. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TCD2555D have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its clock pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (2)Its shift pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (3)Its reset pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (4)Its clamp pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (5)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 60°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -25°C to 85°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of TCD2555D are concluded as follow. (1)sensitivity red would be min 5.6V and typ 8.1V and max 10.5V. (2)Its sensitivity green would be min 6.9V and typ 9.9V and max 12.9V. (3)Its sensitivity would be min 3.6V and typ 5.2V and max 6.8V. (4)Its photo response non uniformity would be typ 10% and max 20%. (5)Its saturation output voltage would be min 2V and typ 2.5V. (6)Its dark signal voltage would be typ 1mV and max 2.0mV. (7)Its dark signal non uniformity would be typ 2mV and max 3mV. (8)Its DC power dissipation would be typ 200mW and max 300mW. And so on.
