TCD2553AD

The TCD2553AD is designed as a high sensitive and low dark current 5340 x3 elements linear image sensor which is used for image scanner.

TCD2553AD has eight features. (1)Number of image sensing elements is 534 x3. (2)Image sensing elements size is 8um by 8um on 8um centers. (3)Photo sensing region is high sensitive and low dark current pn photodiode. (4)Clock is 2 phase (5V). (5)Package is 24 pin CERDIP. (6)Distance between photodiode array is 64um (8 lines). (7)Power supply is 12V DC. (8)Internal circuit is electrical shutter function S/H,clamp circuit. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TCD2553AD have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its clock pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (2)Its shift pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (3)Its reset pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (4)Its clamp pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 8V. (5)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 60°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -25°C to 85°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
