Description

The TC4011BP is 2-input positive logic NAND gate respectively.

Since all the outputs of these gates are provided with the inverters as buffers, the input/output characteristics have been improved and the variation of propagation delay time due to the increase in load capacity is kept down to the minimum.



The TC4011BP is designed as one kind of 6-circuit inverter that has the schmitt trigger function at the input terminal. That is, since the circuit threshold level voltages at the leading and trailing edge of input waveform are different, the TC4011BP can be used in the board range application including line receiver, waveform shaping circuit, astable multivibrator, monostable multivibrator, etc.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TC4011BP can be summarized as:(1)Dc supply voltage: Vss-0.5 to Vss+20 V;(2)input voltage: Vss-0.5 to VDD+0.5 V;(3)output voltage: Vss-0.5 to VDD+0.5 V;(4)DC input current: +/- 10 mA;(5)power dissipation: 300(DIP) / 180(SOIC) mW;(6)operating temperature range: -40 to +85 ;(7)storage temperature: -65 to +150 .
