TA8424F

The TA8424F is non switching type 3 phase hall motor driver IC consisted of FG amplifier,regulator for hall sensors,control amplifier and 3 phase output drivers.

Features of the TA8424F are:(1)low noise (quasi sinusoidal drive),current control motor driver;(2)low output impedance with B class push-pull driver;(3)output current up to 1.2A;(4)operating voltage rannge is Vcc=7 to 17V;(5)built-in thermal shutdown circuit,FG amplifier and regulator;(6)2 brak modes available (short brake and dumping brake);(7)build in regulator hall sensors.
