TA8405S

The TA8405S is dual briage designed especially for VCR cassette and tape loading motor drives.

The features of TA8405S are: (1)4 modes available; (2)output current up to 0.4A and 1.0A; (3)wide range of operating voltage: VCC=4.5 to 22V, VS=0 to 22V, Vref=0 to 22V; (4)built-in thermal shutdown, over current protector and punch-through current restriction circuit; (5)hysteresis for all inputs.
