TA8402F

The TA8402F is output current detect voltage drive type 3 phase unipolar hall motor driver. Bipolar drive also available with additional transistors.

The features of TA8402F can be summarized as (1)3 phase unipolar hall motor driver and also available bipolar drivers with additional transistors; (2)build in control amplifier; (3)build in regulator for hall sensors; (4)output current up to 1.0A Max.(AVE); (5)wide range of operating voltage:VCC opr=4.0~15V, Vs opr: 0~15V; (6)build in thermal shut down circuit.

This rating is obtained by 50×50×1mm Fe board mounting. ); (5)operating temperature Topr: -30~75°C; (6)storage temperature Tstg: -55~150°C.
