The TA7354P is a bridge driver for blashed DC motor rotation control.It is designed for loading and reel motor driver for VTR and tape deck,and any other consumer and industrial applications.

Features of the TA7354P are:(1)output current up to 0.2A,and 0.6A;(2)4 function modes are controlled by 2 logic signals fed into 2 input terminals;(3)operating voltage range:VCC=6-15V.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7354P can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:VCC(MAX.)=18V(PEAK),VCC(ope.)=15V(OPERATE);(2)output current:IO(peak)=0.6A,IO(ave.)=0.2A;(3)power dissipation,PD(*):0.75W;(4)operating temperature,Topr:-30 to 75;(5)storage temperature,Tstg:-55 to 150.(*)No heat sink.
