The TA7303P is designed for FM IF system.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7303P can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(VCC) is 15 V; (2): input voltage(Vin) is 0.7 V; (3): power dissipation(PD) is 750 mW; (4): operating temperature(Topr) is -25 to 75; (5): storage temperature (Tstg) is -55 to 150.
