The TA7333P is designed as ratio control transmitter IC which includes pulse generator, duty control mixer, carrier oscillator and RF power amplifier. This IC has 4 control modes by combination of 2 switches. A modulation frequency (pulse wave) is set arbitarily by capacitance C1 and resistance R1. By combining TA7333P (transmitter IC) and TA7657P (receiver IC), a suitable radio control system of toy is able to be constituted.

TA7333P has two features. (1)Very few external parts. (2)Wide supply voltage range which would be from 6 to 10V and recommended Vcc=9V. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TA7333P have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 12V. (2)Its 9 pin voltage would be 18V. (3)Its 9 pin allowable load would be 300ohms. (4)Its power dissipation would be 600mW (derated above Ta=25°C in the proportion of 4.8mW/°C). (5)Its operating temperature range would be from -25°C to 75°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics about TA7333P are concluded as follow. (1)Its supply current would be typ 18mA and max 21mA. (2)When SWL on its supply current would be typ 17mA. (3)When SWR on its supply current would be typ 14mA. (4)When SWL, SWR on its supply current would be typ 16mA. (5)Its transmitter output power would be min 15mW and typ 20mW. (6)At fosc=40MHz its transmitter output power would be typ 17mW. (7)Its modulation frequency would be typ 2kHz with test conditions of SWL on or SWR on. and it would be typ 4kHz with test conditions of SWL on and SWR on. And so on.
