TA7259

The TA7259P is a 3-phase bi-directional motor driver IC.It designed for use VTR tape deck,floppy disk and record player motor drivers.It contains output power drivers,position sensing circuits,control amplifier and CW/CCW control circuit.

Features of the TA7259P are:(1)3-phase bi-directional driver and output current up to ±1.2A;(2)few external parts required;(3)wide operating supply voltage range:VCC(opr.)MIN.=7V;(4)forward and reverse rotation is controlled simply by means of a CW/CCW control signal fed into FRS;(5)high sensitivity of position sensing amplifier;(6)surge protect diode connected for all input terminals;(7)DIP-14F power package.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7259P can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:26V;(2)output current:1.2A;(3)power dissipation:1.0W;(4)operating temperature:-30 to 75;(5)storage temperature:-55 to 150.
