T89C51RD2-3CSCL has eleven features. (1)80C52 compatible which means 8051 pin and instruction compatible and four 8-bit I/O ports (or 6 in 64/68 pins packages), three 16-bit timer /counters, 256 bytes scratch pad RAM and 7 interrupt sources with 4 priority levels. (2)ISP (in-system programming) using standard Vcc power supply. (3)Boot flash contains low level flash programming routines and a default serial loader. (4)High-speed architecture. (5)64K bytes on-chip flash program /data memory. (6)On-chip 1024 bytes expanded RAM (XRAM). (7)Dual data pointer. (8)Improved X2 mode with independant selection for CPU and each peripheral. (9)2K bytes EEPROM block for data storage. (10)Programmable counter array. (11)Power control modes include idle mode and power-down mode. That are all the main features.
