T6B66B

The T6B66B is a row(common) driver LSI for a small-or medium-scale dot matrix LCD.The T6B66A generates timing signals for the display using an on-chip oscillator and also contrls the T6B66B coumn (segment) LCD driver.Four duty options are available:1/17,1/33,1/49 and 1/65.It is easy to construct a low-power LCD system consisting of T6B66B and a T6B65A column (segment) LCD driver.

Features of the T6B66B are:(1)timing signal for LCD generated;(2)65 low-impedance LCD driver outputs;(3)on-chip oscillator with external resistor and internal capacitor;(4)duty is 1/17,1/33,1/49,1/65;(5)low power consumption;(6)logic power supply is 2.7 to 5.5V;(7)CMOS Si-gate process;(8)100-pin flat plastic package;(9)LCD power supply is VDD-4.0 to VDD-16.0.
