Description

The STPR1020CB-TR is designed as ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode. Dual center tap rectifier suited for switched mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters.

STPR1020CB-TR has seven features. (1)Suited for SMPs. (2)Low losses. (3)Low forward and reverse recovery time. (4)High surge current capability. (5)Insulated packages: ISOWATT220AB, TO-220FPAB. (6)Its insulation voltage is 2000Vdc. (7)Its capacitance is 12pF. Those are all the main features.

Also some STPR1020CB-TR absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 200V. (2)Its RMS forward current would be 7A. (3)Its average forward current would be 5A. (4)Its surge non repetitive forward current would be 50A. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (6)Its thermal resistance junction to case would be 4.0°C/W per diode and 2.4°C/W total. (7)Its thermal resistance coupling would be 0.7°C/W. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some static electrical STPR1020CB-TR characteristics (per diode) are concluded as follow. (1)Its reverse leakage current would be max 50uA at Tj=25°C and it would be max 0.6mA at Tj=100°C.
