The SRM20256L10 is designed as 32768 words x 8 bits asynchronous, static random access memory fabricated using an advanced CMOS technology. Its very low standby power requirement makes SRM20256L10 ideal for applications requiring non-volatile storage with back-up batteries. The asynchronous and static nature of the memory requires no external clock or refresh circuit. Input and output ports are TTL compatible and the three state output allows easy expansion of memory capacity.
SRM20256L10 has many features. The first one is it would have fast access time which would be 100ns max. The second one is it would have low supply current which would be typ 2uA for standby and typ 13mA/1MHz for operation. The third one is completely static and no clock required. The fourth one is its single power supply would be 5V ± 10%. The fifth one is TTL compatible inputs and outputs. The sixth one si 3-state output. The seventh one is battery back-up operation.
