SNJ5454J

The SNJ5454J is designed as one kind of BCD-TO-DECIMAL decoders / drivers that has three points of features:(1)full decoding of input logic;(2)80-mA sink-current capability;(3)all outputs are off for invalid BCD input conditions. This device features TTL inputs and high-performance, NPN output transistors designed for use as indicator / relay drivers or as open-collector logic-circuit drivers.
