SNJ5445J

The SNJ5445J is designed as one kind of BCD-TO-DECIMAL decoders / drivers that has three points of features:(1)full decoding of input logic;(2)80-mA sink-current capability;(3)all outputs are off for invalid BCD input conditions. This device features TTL inputs and high-performance, NPN output transistors designed for use as indicator / relay drivers or as open-collector logic-circuit drivers.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SNJ5445J can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage, Vcc: 7 V;(2)input voltage: 5.5 V;(3)maximum current into any output (off-state): 1 mA;(4)operating free-air temperature range: -55 to +125 ;(5)storage temperature range: -65 to +150 .
