SDE2506

The SDE2506 is preliminary DataMOS IC.It has several functions each are required for data transfer between control processor and E2PROM memory.

Features of the SDE2506 are:(1)word-organized reprogrammable nonvolatile memory in n-channel floating-gate technology;(2)128*8bit organization;(3)5V supply voltage;(4)3lines processor interface for data transfer and chip control;(5)data input,address input, control information input and data output are serial;(6)data retention longer than 10 years;(7)unlimited number of read-out operations without refresh;(8)5ms erase/write cycle;(9)extender temperature range from:-40 to +110.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SDE2506 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3V to 6V;(2)input voltage:-0.3V to 6V;(3)power dissipation:40mW;(4)storage temperature:-55 to 125;(5)junction temperature:125;(6)thermal resistance system-air:100K/W;(7)supply voltage:4.75V to 5.25V;(8)ambient temperature:110.
