SDA2101

The SDA2101 is designed for application in TV receiver using frequency selection according to the frequency synthesis concept. It includes a preamplifier and an ECL divier with a dividing ratio of 1:64.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of SDA2101: (1)supply voltage: 6V; (2)input voltage: 2.5V; (3)divider outputs: 0 to Vs; (4)junction temperature: 150; (5)storage temperature range: -40 to 125; (5)thermal resistance system-air: 115K/W.

The electrical characteristics of the SDA2101 are: (1)input level Vs=4.7 to 5.5V; TA=0 to 70: 80MHz -27dBm min and 3dBm max, 120MHz -30dBm min and 3dBm max, 250MHz -32dBm min and 3dBm max, 300MHz -24dBm min and 3dBm max, 800MHz -24dBm min and 3dBm max, 950MHz -15dBm min and 3dBm max; (2)current consumption: 50mA typ and 70mA max; (3)output voltage swing: 0.5V min, 1.0V typ and 1.2V max; (4)output voltage "high": Vs typ.
