SDA2010

The SDA2010 is application-oriented single-chip microcomputer. It includes a 2kbyte program memory, a 64 byte data memory and four 6-bit D/A converters.

Features of the SDA2010 are:(1)8-bit CPU,ROM,RAM,I/O in a DIP 40 package;(2)4analog outputs with 6bit resolution;(3)2kbyte ROM;(4)64byte RAM;(5)7.5us cycle time at 4MHz crystal frequency;(6)zero passage detector;(7)interface for modulated digital signal;(8)interval time/counter;(9)5V supply voltage.
