SCL4518B

The SCL4518B is designed as one kind of CMOS dual up counter device that has some points of features:(1)two independent 4-bit counters;(2)internally synchronous for high speed;(3)dual BCD (45188) and dual binary (4520B) configurations;(4)dirct reset;(5)logic edge-clocked design;(6)trigger from either dege of clock signal;(7)static operation - DC to 5 MHz @ 10Vdc.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SCL4518B can be summarized as:(1)DC supply voltage: 3 to 15 Vdc;(2)operating temperature (C, D, F, H device): -55 to +125;(3)operating temperature (E device): -40 to +85.
