And this device consists of six CMOS inverter circuits and is intended for general-purpose inverter applications where the higher output drive and level-shifting feature of the 4009UB and 4049UB are not required.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SCL4069UB can be summarized as:(1)DC supply voltage: 3 to 15 Vdc;(2)operating temperature (C, D, F, H device): -55 to +125;(3)operating temperature (E device): -40 to +85.
