SCL4516B

The SCL4516B is designed as one kind of CMOS binary up / down counter device that has some points of features:(1)astnchronous reset;(2)internally synchronous for high speed;(3)dasynchronous preset enable;(4)dirct reset;(5)logic edge-clocked design;(6)carry output for cascading stages;(7)static operation - DC to 6 MHz @ 10Vdc.

This counter finds primary use in up / down and differential counting and frequency synthesizer applications. SCL4516B is also useful in A/D and D/A conversion and for magnitude and sign generation.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SCL4516B can be summarized as:(1)DC supply voltage: 3 to 15 Vdc;(2)operating temperature (C, D, F, H device): -55 to +125;(3)operating temperature (E device): -40 to +85.
