SCL4511B

The SCL4511B is designed as one kind of CMOS BCD-to-seven segment latch / decoder / driver device that has some points of features:(1)high-current sourcing bipolar outputs (up to 25 mA);(2)latched storage of input code;(3)blanking input for display intensity modulation;(4)lamp test provision;(5)resdout blanking for illegal input combinations. And the SCL4511B can be used in wide range of applications such as counter display drivers, seven-segment decimal display, and various clock, watch and timer uses.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SCL4511B can be summarized as:(1)DC supply voltage: 3 to 15 Vdc;(2)operating temperature (C, D, F, H device): -55 to +125;(3)operating temperature (E device): -40 to +85.
