The SBS001C is designed as one kind of schottky barrier diodes which is 15V, 500mA rectifier. Typical applications is high frequency rectification (switching regulators, converters, choppers).
SBS001C has three features. (1)Low forward voltage (Vf max=0.45V). (2)Low leakage current and high reliability due to highly reliable planar structure. (3)Small-sized package permitting SBS001C-applied sets to be compact and slim. Those are all the main features.
