SBR6035PF

The SBR6035PF is designed as one kind of 60 amp schottky rectifiers with working peak reverse voltage of 35V and repetitive peak reverse voltage of 35V.

SBR6035PF has five features. (1)Schottky barrier rectifier. (2)150°C junction temperature. (3)Guard ring protection. (4)Reverse energy tested. (5)Vrrm, 35 to 45V. Those are all the main features.

Some electrical characteristics of SBR6035PF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its average forward current would be 60 amps with test conditions of Tc=89°C and square wave and RJC=1°C/W. (2)Its maximum surge current would be 800 amps with test conditions of 8.3ms, half sine and Tj=150°C. (3)Its max repetitive peak reverse current would be 2 amps with test conditions of f=1KHz, 25°C and 1us square wave. (4)Its max peak forward voltage would be 0.58V with test conditions of Ifm=60A and Tj=150°C and it would be 0.60V with test conditions of Ifm=60A and Tj=25°C. (5)Its max peak reverse current would be 600mA with test conditions of Vrrm, Tj=125°C and it would be 2mA with test conditions of Vrrm, Tj=25°C. (6)Its maximum junction capacitance would be 2700pF with test conditions of Vr=5.0V and Tj=25°C. It should be noted that about the max peak forward voltage the pulse test: pulse width would be 300 usec and duty cycle 2%.

Also some thermal and mechanical characteristics of SBR6035PF are concluded as follow. (1)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 175°C. (2)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. (3)Its max thermal resistance would be 1.0°C/W junction to case. (4)Its weight would be 0.32 ounces (9.2 grams) typical.
