SBR60100

The SBR60100 is designed as one kind of 60 amp schottky rectifiers with peak reverse voltage of 100V.

SBR60100 has six features. (1)Schottky barrier rectifier. (2)It has hermetic packaging. (3)175°C junction temperature. (4)Guard ring protection. (5)Reverse energy tested. (6)Vrrm, 100 volts. Those are all the main features.

Some electrical characteristics of SBR60100 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its average forward current would be 60 amps with test conditions of Tc=130°C and square wave and RJC=1°C/W. (2)Its maximum surge current would be 1000 amps with test conditions of 8.3ms, half sine and Tj=175°C. (3)Its max repetitive peak reverse current would be 2 amps with test conditions of f=1KHz, 25°C and 1us square wave. (4)Its max peak forward voltage would be 0.70V with test conditions of Ifm=60A and Tj=125°C and it would be 0.89V with test conditions of Ifm=60A and Tj=25°C. (5)Its max peak reverse current would be 50mA with test conditions of Vrrm, Tj=125°C and it would be 1mA with test conditions of Vrrm, Tj=25°C. (6)Its typical junction capacitance would be 1250pF with test conditions of Vr=5.0V and Tj=25°C. It should be noted that about the max peak forward voltage the pulse test: pulse width would be 300 usec and duty cycle 2%.

Also some thermal and mechanical characteristics of SBR60100 are concluded as follow. (1)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. (2)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. (3)Its max thermal resistance would be 1.0°C/W junction to case. (4)Its typical thermal resistance greased would be 0.5°C/W case to sink. (5)Its mounting torque would be 25 to 30 inch pounds. (6)Its weight would be 0.54 ounces (15.3 grams) typical. And so on.
