The S-29130A is designed as a high speed, low power 1K-bit E2PROM with a wide operating voltage range. It is organized as 64-word x 64-bit respectively. It is capable of sequencial read at which time addresses are automatically incremented in 16-bit blocks.
S-29130A has six features. (1)Low power consumption which would be 1.0uA max for standby and 0.8mA max at Vcc=5.5V for operating and 0.4mA max at Vcc=2.5V for operating. (2)Wide operating voltage range which would be 2.5V to 6.5V for write and 1.8V to 6.5V for read. (3)Endurance 10^5 cycles/word. (4)Data retention 10 years. (5)1K bits NM93CS46 instruction code compatible. (6)Sequential read capable. Those are all the main features.
