Description

The REF02AU is one member of the REF02 family which designed as the 5V voltage reference that is laser trimmed to 10ppm/°C max over the extended industrial and military temperature range. It can be used in (1)precision regulators; (2)constant current source/sink; (3)digital voltmeters; (4)V/F converters; (5)A/D and D/A converters; (6)precision calibration standard; (7)test equipment. The feature of trim terminal can be used to adjust the voltage over a 5V ±150mV range allows the system designer to trim system errors by setting the reference to a voltage other than 5V, including 5.12V for binary applications.

Features of the REF02AU are:(1)package options: DIP-8, SO-8; (2)industrial temperature range:40°C to +85°C; (3)wide supply range: 8V to 40V; (4)short-circuit protected; (5)low supply current: 1.4mA max; (6)excellent load regulation:0.008%/mA max; (7)output voltage: +5V ±0.2% max; (8)low noise: 10VPP max (0.1Hz to 10Hz); (9)excellent line regulation:0.01%/V max.
