The R5312L series are designed as multi LDO regulators for power management of cellular phones. All of the regulators are low noise and extremely low quiescent current by CMOS process. Each of these ICs consists of eight LDOs, voltage detectors for supply voltage monitoring and two LED drivers.
The R5312L has nine features. (1)Ultra low standby current. (2)High accuracy output voltage and detector threshold. (3)Output voltage and detector threshold.
