The QS316245 is designed as high speed CMOS quickswitch 16-bit widebus compatible bus switches which provide a set of 16 high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switches in a flow-thru pinout. QS316245 has many features. The first one is enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc. The second one is 5 bidirectional switches connect inputs to outputs. The third one is pin compatible with FCT16245. The fourth one is it would have flowthrough pinout for easy layout. The fifth one is zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce.
